Rates & Insurance

Rates –

$350 Comprehensive Evaluation (required to begin)

$90 per 30 minute treatment session (cash/checks rate), or $115 per 30 minute treatment session (SUFS, CC, or digital payments rate)

$180 per 60 minute treatment session (cash/checks rate), or $225 per 60 minute treatment session (SUFS, CC, or digital payments rate)

Step Up for Students: Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA, formerly Gardiner Scholarship) –

I am a SUFS/Gardiner/FES-UA Scholarship Direct Bill Provider for Step Up For Students and AAA.

Insurance –  I do not bill insurance directly

Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for OT services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for occupational therapy services. Since I am in private practice, I do not deal or negotiate directly with insurance companies, and would be considered an “Out of Network Provider”. However, I do accept HSA/MSA credit card payments.

Other Payment Types –

I accept cash, checks, all credit cards, PayPal and Venmo as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy –

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
