Rates –

$250 Comprehensive Evaluation (required to begin)

$75 per 30 minute treatment session

$150 per 60 minute treatment session

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA, formerly Gardiner Scholarship) –

I am a SUFS/Gardiner/FES-UA Scholarship Direct Bill Provider for Step Up For Students and AAA.

Insurance –  I do not bill insurance directly

Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for OT services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for occupational therapy services. Since I am in private practice, I do not deal or negotiate directly with insurance companies. However, I do accept HSA/MSA credit card payments.

Other Payment Types –

I accept cash, checks, all credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy –

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
