Our inaugural Shoe Tying Camp happened in July 2022 and was a huge success! Everyone had a blast and 10 out of 10 kids learned how to tie their shoes with confidence. Check out the pictures from the July camp, below.

Who: Children ages 5 to 13

What:  4 Half Day (9am to noon) sessions, Mon through Thursday at an outdoor adventure backyard, including a miniature horse, rabbits, guinea pig, chickens, a zipline, sensory swings, and nature-based obstacle courses.

Where:  8321 W Forest Circle, Tampa, FL 33615

Why:  Kids will learn new shoe tying skills confidently and effectively while developing other foundational skills with their peers

How:  Kids will be engaged in a variety of fine motor, gross motor, visual-perceptual, and sensory activities which will enhance their ability to accomplish the important skill of shoe tying (and many other skills).  Kids will learn the “Shoe Tying Made Simple” multisensory method, which will be practiced and adapted as developmentally appropriate for each child in fun ways.
